Energy for your villa
01

Designed around daily life

02

Backup for agreed circuits

03

Architectural integration

Designed around your property

Every villa has its own rhythm: evening air conditioning, daytime pool equipment and changing rental occupancy. We start with those patterns before selecting equipment. The aim is a useful balance of generation, backup and investment.

01

Use more of your own energy

Daytime production can supply running air conditioning, pool pumps and household equipment. We assess how generation overlaps with your actual demand.

02

Backup around your priorities

Select essential circuits together: lighting, internet, refrigeration, gates or specific air conditioners. Battery capacity depends on demand and the required backup duration.

03

Respect the architecture

We consider roof materials, visible slopes, palm shading, service access and equipment ventilation. Cable routes are planned before installation.

04

A clear owner handover

We explain operating modes, monitoring, grid-outage behaviour and support arrangements. Settings and access are agreed at handover.

CANVAS SPV

Different properties. A considered approach.

01

A permanent home

Match the system to day and evening use and discuss routines that make better use of solar production.

02

A rental villa

Account for changing occupancy, air conditioning and pool loads. Remote monitoring gives the owner a view of operation.

03

A new home

Plan equipment space, cabling and roof readiness before finishes are complete.

What shapes the system

A clear basis for your investment

Cost combines the array, inverter, usable battery storage, mounting and electrical work. Savings are calculated from your demand and tariff with stated assumptions. There is no universal package or savings percentage for every villa.

01

Consumption

Bills, equipment, day and evening peaks.

02

Roof

Area, orientation, shading and mounting conditions.

03

Backup

Selected circuits, power demand and required duration.

What you receive

  • Designed around daily life
  • Backup for agreed circuits
  • Architectural integration
  • Clear operation and monitoring

Before we start

Send recent electricity bills, roof and electrical-board photos. Tell us about occupancy, rental use and what must keep running during an outage.

Questions about your solution

Will air conditioning work during an outage?

Only if the agreed backup design includes it and accounts for startup and running loads.

Can we start without batteries?

We assess configuration and expansion in advance. Not every inverter or connection design supports a simple battery addition later.

Can I monitor from another country?

Yes, if supported by the selected equipment and a working internet connection at the property.

How much roof area is needed?

This depends on power, module size and available unshaded space. We check the actual roof.
